# CSS

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is the W3C language that describes presentation — layout, type, colour — separately from HTML structure. Modern CSS is standardised through CSS specifications at the W3C; browsers implement them incrementally. Used with restraint it keeps pages fast because style can be cached and applied without extra frameworks.

## Deutsch
